India surpassed Spain to become the Fifth worst-hit Nation in the Corona Pandemic Now only USA,Russia, UK,Brazil are ahead of India.

India recorded a daily jump of over 9,000 for the fifth straight day, taking the number of total infections to 2,56,611. Of the 2.56 lakh cases, 1,25,381 are active cases, while 1,24,094 patients have been discharged. The death toll crossed the 7,000-mark to stand at 7135. Maharashtra, which is the worst affected state in the country, has now more cases than China . Maharashtra has 85,975 cases compared to China’s 84,191 cases.
Amid the crisis the government has decided to open the Mall .The government will define the dos and donts for the people,authorities in India confirmed that Religious places ,restaurants and malls have been cleaned and all provisions for adherence to social distancing and all other protocols have been made The government plans to open all places in phased-manner
Globally, there are 7 million cases with 4 lakh death. India is the fifth worst-hit nation by the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, only the US, Brazil, Russia and the UK are ahead of it.
