Concerning the stench emanating from dirty eggs, experts say that it may contain the secret of a cure for impotence.

According to a team of experts from the University of Naples in Italy, the gas released from dirty eggs, hydrogen sulfide, helps to increase male sexual potency.

Italian experts have published their research in the journal National Academy of Sciences, in which they say that their research could be successful in replacing the famous sexual energy scientist drug 'Viagra'.

It should be noted that one out of every ten men suffers from sexual dysfunction.

Research has shown that hydrogen sulfide reduces the tension in the blood vessels in the genitals, which increases blood flow and increases sexual potency. Hydrogen sulfide is released not only from dirty eggs but also from car exhausts.

The research team studied the effects of the gas on the sexual energy of several mice in eight men.

The head of the team, Professor Gaspo Sereno, said that based on his experiments, he thought that the gas was the reason for the improvement in the sexual energy of men. On that basis, he says, the discovery could help create a new cure for sexual dysfunction.

Commenting on the published research, Dr Graham Jackson, head of the Sexual Dysfunction Association in the UK, said the discovery of a new drug for sexual dysfunction could be very welcome news.

He said that there is definitely a need to make a substitute for Viagra as Viagra is successful in only 60% of diabetics and 85% of the general population.
