According to a study published in the University of Eastern Finland, the daily use of eggs prevents the development of type 2 diabetes. A person who eats four eggs a week has a 37% lower risk of diabetes than a person who eats an egg just once a week. The risk of dementia also seems to be decreasing. Blindness also plays a major role in providing protection against memory loss.

Eggs are also an important source of dietary cholesterol. It is good for the body. The use of eggs also protects against blood vessel diseases. This is very important to avoid the risk of heart disease anyway
