Guru Nanak Devji undertook 5 expeditions (in Punjabi it is called as Udasi) The first one lasted for about 6 years from 1500 to 1506 (approximately) He travelled upto Kamrup (Assam) from the age of 31 upto 37 years
The second Udasi was from from 1506 to 1513 and he went as far Sangladip (Shri Lanka) from 37 years of age to 44
Third Udasi being from 1514 to 1518 and visited upto Tibet
Fourth Udasi was towards the west upto mecca & Arab countries from 1519 to 1521 for approximately 3 years
Fifth Udasi being within Punjab
Traveled over 28,000 KMs on foot!
