India behind the smuggling of 14 Tons of Captagon Drugs meant for Daesh the Islamic State seized in Italy.

Italian police have seized 14 tonnes of amphetamine, suspected to have been manufactured in Syria to finance Islamic State militants. Police believe such a large stockpile of drugs is a world record.

Italian police say the consignment came from India and could have two purposes.

The Captagon's 84 million tablets are estimated to be worth one billion euros. The stockpile was seized in the Italian port of Salerno.
The bullets were hidden in large paper and gear drums used in car gear.
Italian police are investigating the involvement of local criminal gangs in the incident.
Captagon is a brand name for phenethylene, a brain-stimulating drug. Initially, the drug was given to patients who were unable to concentrate and could not sit still.
This condition is called Attention Deficit Disorder or ADHD. The drug was also given in a disease called narcolepsy.

But later many countries banned it because people become addicted to it like drugs.
There are reports of counterfeit types of Captagon that are very popular among wealthy young people in the Middle East, especially in the Gulf states.
The drug has been used by other militants fighting in Syria, including Islamic State militants, as it helps relieve fear and relieve fatigue.
Syria is thought to be home to the world's largest counterfeit captagon.
Police in the Italian region of Naples have said in a statement that the Islamic State militant group, which has long occupied large swathes of Syria, is suspected of using the drug on a large scale to increase its financial resources. Has been
Islamic State has been defeated in most parts of Syria, but it still has thousands of fighters in Syria.

Such a large number of bullets seized in the Italian port of Celerno was enough for the entire European market. According to police, it is possible that there is a large consortium of criminal gangs that could distribute the drug stockpile throughout Europe.
Police believe the corona virus has stopped the production of such synthetic drugs in Europe. As a result, many smugglers have turned to Syria to obtain it, where the drug is still being manufactured.

Italian police say the consignment came from India and could have two purposes. According to the police, the first purpose is to finance Islamic terrorism and the second is to increase the resistance of jihadi fighters.
