In The Capital Tehran,the South western suburbs faced the worst especially Shahryar which went quite Violent.
The Protesters were Shouting"Gas Hike will Kill The Poor make Them more Poor"
The demonstrations which were Economical soon turned into Political Slogans"Mullahs get Lost" Death to Khomeini" " we don't want Islamic Republic" This lead to burning of Imam-Khomeni Posters All Anti America Posters were taken down.
The Protesters were also attacking Iran backed Syrian President Hafiz Bashar-al-Assad and the Houthi rebels in Yemen
There were similar Protest in December 2017 t0 January 2018 which spread in 80 Cities but the Current violent Protests are significantly more Dangerous then they were 2 years ago.
