The Corrupt Judiciary of Pakistan | Hillorious Decisions based on Dreams | How a Sitting judge spoiled the Judicial System | Corrupt Mafia |Punjabi Mafia

Pakistan's judicial system has a long-standing history of corruption and inefficiency. Despite being created with the intention of upholding justice, the judiciary has consistently failed to deliver justice to the people, particularly among Muslim judges.

In fact, the only judges in Pakistan's judiciary that are seen with any pride are non-Muslim judges. The Punjabi Mafia has been known to commit various illegal acts against the judicial system, including wrongful convictions, the removal of prime ministers, unwarranted interventions, and accumulating trillions in wealth.

Recently, an audio clip surfaced on Twitter from a hacker exposing the corrupt practices of the current system and one Supreme Court judge who manipulated the judiciary to gain billions of rupees.

The judge in question is Justice Ijaz-ul-Hassan, who worked for a notorious firm in Pakistan called BNP (Bismillah Group) owned by Abdul H Pasha Sheikh from Faisalabad. The firm obtained a lease from CDA Islamabad to construct a multi-story hotel known as Grand Hayat Hotel.

Upon further investigation, CDA Islamabad discovered that the firm had constructed 240 highly expensive and luxurious apartments, which they offered to ministers, judges, and ex-prime ministers at a low cost of just Rs 10 million. However, only 24 flats were sold at this price, while the rest were sold for Rs 240 million. Justice Ijaz ul Haq was the lawyer for this firm.

Later, he resigned and applied for the position of judge in the Lahore High Court, which he became in 2011. Just four years later, he became the Chief Justice of Lahore. He was then given a position as a Supreme Court judge during Saqib Nisar's tenure.

When CDA Islamabad brought litigation against the firm for constructing these flats, Saqib Nisar gave a verdict that if the corrupt individuals paid Rs 17 billion, everything would be considered settled. Meanwhile, he also ordered the demolition of the Nestle Tower in Karachi, which was built in a park.

Interestingly, the same judge who previously worked for the firm was given a chance to sit on the three-member bench, and this case has been pending with the Supreme Court since 2019.
