Madhubala was Born On 14th February Valentine Day 1933 to Attaullah Khan and Aaysha Begum was given the name Mumtaz Begum Dehlavi Her Father Lost His Job in Imperial Tobacco Company in Peshawar and Then Left for Bombay Madhubala Father Took her to Film Studios so She can Get Job as a Child Artist.
Devika Rani as a Producer gave her break in Film Basant 1942 where she was given the Role of daughter of Mumtaz Shanti Her Name appeared as Baby Mumtaz Later Devika Rani Gave her the Name Mashubala meaning sweet Girl.
The Family had Tragic incident Her 2 Brothers and 3 sisters Died at Age 5-6 then the family lived with 6 Daughters Madhubala was the only bread winner.on 14th April the Famous Blast of Bombay Docks Happened a Ship loaded with Explosives SS Stikine Blasted Killing 1200 People and Destroying Homes. Madhubala Lost her Home
When she was 14 Year Old Kidar Sharma took her in Lead Role opposite Raj Kapoor in Neel Kamal.The year was 1947 The Last film where she appeared as Mumtaz Then she Acted in Kamal Amrohi Film Mahal
She Worked with Many C0-Stars and Fell In Love with Many Like Kamal Amrohi and Premnath Then she Feel real Love with Dilip Kumar during Tarana there First Film Togather She send Her a White Rose saying If you accept this it means You Love me Dilip Kumar was amused and Accepted Later Premnath told Him that She did this with Her also But left her for Dilip Kumar.
Madhubala and Dilip Kumar Fell in Love Deeply There Problem arise when Madhubala was cast in B.R.Chopra Film Nay Daur. in 1956.The Film was Supposed to be on a Deserted Valley.Madhuballa father become angry and Refused to send her daughter which was Rejected and Then B.R.Chopra replaced her with Vijantymala.
About Learning This Attaluah went to Court to sue B.R.Chopra. In Retaliation B.R.Chopra also sued His Father and Madhubala.The case went for an Year and This spoiled Relationship between Madhubala and Dilip Kumar.In court Dilip Kumar Appeared against Madhubala and Ataullah in response to a question He confirmed that He love Madhubala.
Then this relation ship Broke and Dilip Kumar married Saira Bano which hurt her much and she Married Kishore Kumar.but He wanted her to Help him financially which she didn't and They worked in Film Chalti ka Naam Gari which Kishorda thought will be a Failure but went as a Very successful Film.
Dilip Kumar and Madhubala worked in there Last Film Mughal-Azam they were not on Talking Terms Just Professional.
She had Hurt Problem and Died But still Lived in Millions of Hearts She breathed her last on 23 February 1969 at just 36 and was buried at Santacruz Graveyard.
