Jinnah Offered Nehru That The Making of Pakistan can be Extended and may be decided after creation of India This is Strange why Nehru Gandhi Congress didnot pay Attention and Flatly went to Divide India.
To Many of People in India-Pakistan this Same very Strange But Gandhi nehru were Clever People They Knew Afghanistan warrior and Much Like the British which Kept Afghanistan as a Buffer State between British India and Russia.
The Congress Knew it well that if India Created with Pashtoon Border They will be in Much Trouble From Pashtoon Belt who have always Attacked India.

Pakistan is Suffering since 70 Years From the Kabul Territory spoiling Pakistan Economy Its Population Resources
Thus India will Never want that there will be no Pakistan and they Face the Horrors of Afghanistan.
